45min Strength + Conditioning Class
Begin a diverse fitness journey with us from Monday to Friday, where you'll delve into various training modalities including Strength, Endurance, Skills, and comprehensive workouts that encompass all elements.
Our structured program ensures a well-rounded approach, featuring designated upper body, lower body, and full-body days, alongside dedicated endurance and strength-endurance sessions. With options tailored to your fitness level and experience, you'll find the perfect fit for your goals.
Led by our team of expert Strength and Conditioning and Exercise Science Coaches in the Toowoomba region, all sessions are meticulously crafted based on scientific principles. With their guidance, you'll not only challenge yourself but also progress systematically towards your fitness aspirations, achieving tangible results along the way."

45min Boxing + Fitness Class
Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, where you'll engage in a dynamic fusion of activities including boxing skills, bag work, pad work, aerobic exercises, and strength training. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast, our sessions are tailored to accommodate all fitness levels.
Led by our accomplished team of expert Strength and Conditioning and Exercise Science coaches, you'll receive top-notch guidance and support as you embark on your fitness journey.
TEAM
60min Team Based Endurance Class (5:30am & 8am)
End your week with a burst of energy! Our Team-Based endurance workouts are designed to inject excitement into your Saturday morning routine. Featuring a diverse array of movements, these sessions guarantee a challenging and sweat-inducing experience. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to connect with fellow fitness enthusiasts who share your dedication and passion. Join us for an exhilarating end to the week!

WARM-UP
Our coaches will lead you through a tailored warm-up specifically designed to prime your body for the day's session. This will help you activate those muscles and optimize your performance.
STRENGTH
During the strength portion of the class, challenge yourself with weightlifting exercises to promote muscle growth and enhance strength. Choose between health or performance options tailored to your specific needs and fitness level, ensuring a personalized and effective workout experience.
CONDITIONING
Get ready to sweat it out in our conditioning session, perfectly complementing the strength portion of the day to boost your overall fitness and leave you feeling fantastic! Whether you're focused on health or performance goals, you'll have the flexibility to choose the option that aligns with your current fitness level, ensuring a tailored and rewarding experience.

HIGH FIVES + COOL DOWN
At the end of the session, celebrate with high fives all around and wind down with a guided cool-down stretch led by your coach. It's the perfect chance to connect with fellow participants, discuss the workout, and get to know each other. Plus, take advantage of this time to ask your coach any health and fitness-related questions you may have. It's not just a workout – it's a community-building experience
