Premier Conditioning Gym Rules

 

At Premier Conditioning, we aim to provide you with a safe, clean and supportive environment.

Our current general gym rules include:

  • No harassment and treat others with respect

  • Listen to the coaches

  • Be friendly and supportive

  • Book into a class prior*

  • Wash your hands or use sanitiser before and after a class

  • Wash your hands after going to the toilet

  • Bring a towel and drink bottle

  • Clean equipment after use and throw out any rubbish

  • Do not drop any dumbbells, kettlebells or empty barbells

  • Be mindful of the class and member space if you’re training on your own

  • Do not attend a session if you are feeling sick

Fob Key specific rules and safety include:

  • Pack away any equipment used

  • Lift heavy weights with caution

  • Use safety bar racks when bench pressing or squatting heavy

  • Do not bring a friend to train unless approved by staff

  • Turn any lights and fans off

  • Turn toilet lights off

  • Turn off the TVs if they have been used

  • Make sure doors are locked before leaving

  • Call 000 in case of emergency
