Yes, you sure can! However, we do not have a designated kids area, but we do have spaces inside or outside.

How do I book in?

All members, new and current use Wodify to book in. If you’re a new member then we’ll organise a sign up link for you to download and use. If you’re dropping in then you can scan one of our QR codes when you come in.

Do I need to be fit to start?

No, you do not have to be fit to start, just be willing to start and actively listen to our trainers!

Do not worry if you are! All of our sessions can be tailored to suit any individual. We can cater to suit your needs and also work with you to assist with your injury.

We do, but only if you speak with our Dietician, Claire. Our trainers actually within their scope of practice and do not offer meal plans, only advice.

What makes you different?

Experience, knowledge, and service. The majority of gym owners and trainers have only completed a certificate 3 and 4 and the odd specialty course. At Premier Conditioning, our trainers have a combined experience of over 20 years, pride themselves on service, and have completed university courses and a variety of speciality courses.

Are there any cancellation or sign on fees?

No, there are no sign on or cancellation fees. It annoys us when gyms charge a fee because it only takes a couple of minutes to register or cancel a membership online. For cancellation, please let us know 2 weeks before.

Are you a CrossFit gym?

No we are not. We may use some workouts or ideas, but we’re a health and performance centre that uses a variety of training modalities and techniques to help you become fitter, stronger, leaner, and more resilient to help you live a better life.

Should I do personal training prior to joining group classes?

That depends, if it is your very first time then we highly recommend that you do. However we also recommend you to try out classes for a week or two and then talk to us if you believe you need to work on certain movements.
