Our mission at Premier Conditioning is to help you improve your overall health and performance with a holistic and scientific approach to exercise.
Therefore, we want to help you make exercise a life long journey not a 6 to 12 high intensity cycle.
No matter the session our exercise prescription aims to improve aerobic fitness, muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, reduce your chance of injury, improve your mental health, improve body composition and neuromotor fitness. All of our group classes are programmed by Gio Davies, current level 2 strength coach and CQU 3rd year student.
However, we also understand that everyone is different which is why we also like to offer individualised programs to all members of Premier Conditioning.
