Science in our CrossFit classes!
A typical class consists of mobility and combines the best parts of weight lifting, gymnastics, traditional strength training, anaerobic and aerobic training, kettle bells and everything in between to provide you with a very effective, motivating, fun workout every single day.
Our class programs are tried and tested by our very own Coaches. Our Coaches like to practice what they preach and have worked together to design a well developed program backed by science and experience which is suitable for all fitness levels

$20 Casual Session
$150 – 10 Pass Card
$38.50 P/Week – Unlimited Classes and Open Gym
$25 P/Week – Students (3 Sessions Max)
$120 – 3 x 30min Private Foundation Session (Booking Essential)
