“Not your typical bootcamp”
The purpose of this program is to give you a taste of what Premier Conditioning is about and to teach you how to exercise correctly and efficiently.
This is a unique 4 week, 5 days a week program that will fuse our Boxing and Strength and Conditioning experience, knowledge and creativity.
In 4 weeks you learn the science and techniques behind movements and “why” we do them, as well as becoming healthier, stronger and more well rounded.
Each session will have a purpose and we won’t be smashing you every day!

Monday to Friday
6AM to 7AM or 9AM to 10AM
*We have a children’s area where you can watch your kids while training.*

Can anyone do this?
Yes, anyone can do this program. Whether you’re a beginner or an athlete, we can tailor the sessions to suit your fitness level.
What you will receive and expect in this program –
- 1 x 30min PT session per week (Booking essential)

- Improved Strength, Stamina, Flexibility, Endurance and much more
- Education – You will gain knowledge on how to exercise correctly and develop an understanding of movements
- Testing – There will be measurable tests at the start and at the end of the program, focusing on key components of fitness.
- Encouragement and Support – We will be there every step of the way and we encourage every participant to support each other.
- Team Work – There will be team based and problem solving workouts to get everyone communicating and working together.
What we expect from you –
- Willingness to listen and learn
- At least attend 3 sessions a week
- Be friendly and supportive
Week structure –
- 2 x Strength Sessions – A combination of bodyweight, dumbbell and barbell strength.
- 1 x Light/Mobility and Movement Session
- 1 x Boxing Session
- 1 x CrossFit and Team Building Session

A little bit about Premier Conditioning –
Mick Shaw and Gio Davies started Mick Shaw’s Boxing and Fitness and CrossFit Coraggio in November 2014 with a passion of leading by example and using a no nonsense approach to exercise. From there they combined the two business into Premier Conditioning.
In 3 years, Premier Conditioning has evolved from a Boxing and CrossFit Gym into a Strength and Conditioning Facility.
Working with and also producing Queensland and Australian Athletes, Businesses, Schools and different sporting clubs around Toowoomba and even the Homeless!
In 2017, Beau Hess joined the Premier Conditioning. Beau adds the perfect blend of youth and confidence to the team.
To give the best service, Mick, Gio and Beau are constantly learning and up-skilling themselves to further develop their knowledge.
