Max Effort Sprints –

A) 15/8 Cal Row

B) 15/8 Cal Ski

C) 15/8 Cal Bike or 80/40m Sled

Workout Description – You will be divided into smalls groups and will stay on machine for 7min with a small turn around between each. Goal is to get at least 2 to 3 sprints in each one.
