Strength –

Pause Front Squat – 6 x 4 (2 Sec Pause)

Workout – 

In Pairs – 2 Rounds

40 x Wall Balls

30 x Box Jump Overs

20 x T2B

Strength Notes – 

This is a strength maintenance session. The aim of this session is to warm up to a challenging 4 reps and hold the weight across the 6 working sets. At the bottom of the squat athletes should look at pausing for 2 seconds to help build their strength coming out of the bottom of the squat.
