Strength Notes – 

This strength piece is focusing on athlete’s strength in the pull up. All pull ups in this strength piece should be performed strict. Athletes who are unable to perform strict pull ups should look at using a thin band to perform 5 challenging pull ups. From here athletes will then super set into a 5 rep bent over row.
