Back Squat – 6 x 3

Hold weight across sets*

Workout – 

20min Partner AMRAP – Alternating

30 x Wall Balls

10 x Deadball Over Shoulder

15 x Thrusters – 40/30

Strength Notes – This is a strength maintenance session. The aim of this session is to warm up to a challenging 3 reps and hold the weight across the 6 working sets.
