Workout –

20min Partner Amrap

400m run (Together)

20 X Cal Ski/Row/Bike

60 X Push Press – 30/20

Strength Notes – This strength piece is aimed at cycling at a moderate to heavy weight. Athletes should look at selecting a weight slightly above the weight they would normally opt for during a workout. Reps should be performed consecutively with no pausing between reps.
