Workout –

2min On/2min X 5

Amrap –

3 X Bar Muscle Ups

6 X Front Squats – 40/30kg

9 X Deadlifts – 40/30kg

Scaled – 6 X Pull Ups

Strength Notes –

This strength piece is aimed at barbell cycling at a moderate to heavy weight. Athletes should look at selecting a weight slightly above the weight they would normally opt for during a workout. Reps should be performed consecutively with no pausing between reps.
