Strength Notes –

This session will have a focus on cycling of reps at a heavy weight. Athletes should use the first 5 working sets to warm up to a challenging 4 rep overhead squat, then hold this same weight for the last three sets. Reps should be strung together as one constant movement with no pausing in between reps.
