Front Squats – 6 x 3

One round sprint –

400m row or ski

20 box jump over

40 V Ups

Strength Notes –

This is a maintenance strength session today. Athletes should aim to work up to the weight of their 1RM squat clean for their front squat and aim to hold this weight for the 6 sets.
