Session Notes – 

Strength – This will be a high volume strength session with the romanian deadlift today. Prior to the strength piece athletes should be reminded of the importance of keeping their hips down through the lift, keeping their chest up and shoulders back through the lift, and driving through their heels with their legs. This focus will help maintain a safe position and prevent injury occurring.

Workout – Today’s workout is a benchmark wod Cindy. This workout is a long body weight workout. Athletes should look at pacing themselves from the early stages of this workout to prevent burning out. Rests should be consistent and short to achieve the best results.
