Strength – This complex for our strength work today will be focusing on bringing the Clean and Jerk together to be performed in once piece. We are doing this because we are approaching the end of our cycle and testing of the movements will be occurring in the coming weeks.

Workout – Today’s workout is a partner chipper. The reps in this workout can be split up in any way between partners, work together to get through the work as quick as possible.
