4 Strict HSPU

Into 6-10 Kipping HSPU

Workout – 

15 Minute AMRAP

400m Run

Max Reps Unbroken Double Unders

Session Notes – 

Strength – This gymnastics strength piece will look at fatiguing the shoulders with strict HSPU then moving straight into a kipping HSPU under fatigue. This will help build the athletes muscular endurance in the HSPU.

Workout – For this workout athletes have to buy in with an 400m run before commencing max unbroken double unders. If the athletes breaks, they must go for another 400m run before continuing with their double unders.
