Session Info – 

Strength – This EMOM should be performed at as heavy of a weight as possible. The main focus of this EMOM is of the power transfer from the ground through the athlete’s legs into their pull after full extension of the hip.

Workout – This workout may be quite technical with the movements for some athletes. If this is the case athletes should look at their scaling options and/or break reps into smaller sets to get through the work. For more advance athletes this workout should be short and sharp. Athletes should be looking to go unbroken and using movement transitions as their rest period
