Session Info –
Strength – The sots press is a behind the neck press with the snatch grip performed while holding the bottom of the squat. This movement will help athletes build strength within the stabilizing shoulder muscles which will in turn help with their strength of catching the snatch.
Workout – For this ascending ladder workout it will be important for athletes to control their pace through their reps at the beginning so they do not burn out too quickly. The goal of this workout is to keep moving through the reps at a consistent pace throughout the time cap.
