Session Info –
Strength – Today’s strength piece will be a heavy squat day. It will be a maintenance session from previous strength work. However, will have a lot of cross over benefits for our current Olympic Lifting cycle.
Workout – This workout with be a pure grind workout. The goal of athletes today should be to keep on moving and chipping away at their reps. Any rest taken should be kept to a minimum. Hook grip will be important with hang power cleans today to maintain grip strength.
