Session Info – 

Strength – The purpose of this strength piece is to test where the athlete is at with their HSPU. The score for this is their total amount of HSPU across all 5 sets. By keeping a set rest period between sets makes measurability more consistent for future tests. When scaling athletes should take note of their options for future reference.

Workout – This workout will be quite long however the will be ample rest through out. Athletes should be trying to work through their buy in burpees as fast as possible to allow as much time as possible to accumulate reps on each movement. If needed athletes may look at scaling back the amount of burpees for the buy in.
