Session Info – 

Strength – The purpose of this strength piece is to test where the athlete is at with their pull ups. The score for this is their total amount of pull ups across all 5 sets. By keeping a set rest period between sets makes measurability more consistent for future tests. When scaling athletes should take note of their level used to scale.

Workout – Intensity in this workout should be kept high while working on the push ups and box jumps in the box. The run after each set of push ups and box jumps should be used as a chance to recover and stabilize breathing.
