Session Info – 

Strength – This strength is a maintenance session from previous strength cycles. The aim of this session is for athletes to find and unbroken heavy 8 reps of the day

Workout – In this workout the athlete sees an ascending rep scheme in an AMRAP form. It is going to be important for athletes to pace themselves early in this workout to prevent burning out. Hook grip will take a key role for the hang squat cleans as the workout progresses due to the toll this workout will have on grip strength.
