10min EMOM – 4 Different Options

1 – 5 x Jumping Pull Ups

2 – 5 x Strict Pull Ups/Kipping Pull Ups

3 – 5 x Chest to Bar Pull Ups

4 – 2/3 x Bar or Ring Muscle Ups

Workout –

Every 2min x 12 Sets (4 Each)

1 – 200m Run

2 – 20 x KB Swings

3 – 20 x T2B  or 40 x Sit Ups
