Day 1 of Clean and Jerk Cycle – Similar to our previous 8 weeks of Snatching. 

This week will be a testing week on the following movement and workouts.

Monday – 1RM Clean and Jerk

Wednesday – Grace – 30 Clean and Jerks for time – 60/40kg

Friday – Diane – 21/15/9 – Deadlifts and Handstand Push Ups – 100/70kg

After this week, we will be focusing back on strength, gymnastics and progressions to help improve all the movements tested.

Thank you for being patient over the last few weeks with the program, it’s now time to get back to the fun stuff. It”s always good going back to the basics and making sure we don’t have any bad habits.

Remember, if the session doesn’t feel hard then it’s not supposed to feel hard. You can’t always go 110% every day, it’s all about training smart.

We will retest on Monday 5th of September and finish on Friday 9th of September.
