Skill/Strength – 

Strict HSPU or Box HSPU

5 x Max Reps – Rest 2 – 3 min between sets

**1 Ab Mat allowed and the goal is at least 5 reps or more. If you can only achieve 1 – 3 reps at a time, I would recommend using a box to build up strength.**

Workout – 

Alternating Enhanced Tabata – 4 Each – 45/15 Off

1 – Max Rep Push Ups

2 – OH Plate Hold
