5min Snatch Warm Up

15 x KB Swings

5 x Hang Muscle Snatch

5 x Overhead Squats

15min – Find heaviest SQUAT SNATCH – Power snatch into squat snatch is permitted*

10min cap – Isabel 

For time – 30 x snatches – 60/40kg
